Our aim and desire is to cultivate a community which is marked by consideration, care, and respect. We are committed to the Scriptural instructions to love our neighbors as ourselves, to consider others, and to show unconditional love.

H I S T O R Y

Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Tim Schroeder has been in the Real Estate business for most of his life. Shortly after marriage, he and his wife Judy invested in their first property: a small duplex in Southern California. What started as a fixer-upper project blossomed into a thriving business of property ownership and management which has included houses, apartment complexes, and condominiums.

Now, after more than 40 years in the business, Tim and Judy remain committed to the principles that made them successful decades ago: creating a welcoming atmosphere, producing high-quality living spaces, and prioritizing the needs of their residents.

Tim and Judy currently manage Northview Condominiums in-person with occasional help from various assistants.
